2-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage:
This remote comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering non-damaged internal parts due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Screen Replacement:
If your screen needs to be replaced within the warranty period, we offer a flat-rate replacement fee of $100.
Exclusions:
Water Damage: If the remote is exposed to water or moisture, it will need to be fully inspected and assessed before any warranty coverage can be determined. Water damage is not automatically covered under this warranty.
Tampering: If the remote has been opened, modified, or tampered with in any way, the warranty is immediately void.

To start a warranty claim, contact us directly with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to get your remote repaired or replaced as quickly as possible
